Wow! I have a blog....

I have a blog now! I guess this is kind of cool. A place to post and document all of my crafty craziness (and there is a lot). So, many of you may wonder why I decided to do a blog. Well, originally I was thinking more for myself. I do so many different things from painting, to sewing, to building that I wanted to start documenting everything (a place other than facebook), kind of like a project journal. Then one day as I was sitting in my apartment the maintenance guys showed up to change the air filter and check my sprinkler system. The day that they showed up I was right in the middle of building my new coffee table. I had my miter saw, drill, paint, and scrap wood laying all over the floor. Now for those of you who are about to question what I just said...YES, I have a miter saw and I use it in my apartment. I know I have no business, but where else am I suppose to do my wood working at. My friends and coworkers frequently tease me about this and tell me that my neighbors must hate me, and they don't complain because they think I'm cutting up people. So, needless to say when the maintenance guys came in that day I said to myself "OMG! All of my power tools and supplies are on the floor. I wonder what they think goes on in here. They must think I'm nuts!" I laughed to myself and thought, if people only knew what goes on in my world sometime. Thus the idea of a blog. People often ask me what I'm currently working on, as well as what I've done in the past. (The bed still gets raised eyebrows). So, I decided to kill 2 birds with one stone. I can document projects for myself, and keep a place where my family and friends can always come and see my latest TM-Original. I hope you enjoy!
